Responsibilities:

  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilising available resources to drive account retention and growth
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
  • Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Analyse latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field from top-tier management school
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development in a SaaS company
  • Ability to provide client service to a large number of client accounts with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude
  • Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs and cross-functional project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
  • Consultative sales background or experience as a solutions engineer is a plus
  • Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humour, is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills, judgement and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
